piggyBac™ TRANSPOSON VECTORS
One of Transposagen’s exclusive genetic modification technologies is the piggyBac (PB) transposon. PB is a mobile genetic element that efficiently transposes between vectors and chromosomes via a “cut and paste” mechanism. The powerful activity of the PB system enables genes of interest in the PB vector to be easily mobilized into target genomes.
